Hello tutors! Happy Holidays! You must be excited and busy as we get closer to our holiday season. As we come to the final month of 2022, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your contribution and support. Your consistency and efforts have helped many learners achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams.
In 2022, the LELL program helped 110 unique learners to achieve their language goals. In addition, around 25 learners reported that they gained employment. This would not have been possible without your sincere dedication and encouragement. This year has also been a golden year for the program as the dropout rate of the learners was minimal. The tutors and learners were equally satisfied with the support and resources provided.
The LELL program now looks forward to providing continued support, flexibility, new and better resources and learning opportunities in the new year. Please encourage your learners to enroll themselves in these classes. The Writing group classes at the downtown library will also continue next year.
Also, this is a gentle reminder for all LELL tutors to complete the Volunteer Survey so that we can improve your tutoring experience next year. Your feedback is precious to us as it helps us commit to continuous learning and improvement.
